Equity Holder’s Obligation Following Transaction of Listed Stock

Reporting
on
Stocks,
etc.

An investor who acquired stocks or equity-related bonds issued by a publicly-traded company must make sure whether the investor is subject to a disclosure requirement per Article 147 or 173 of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act. Investors should be aware that the disclosure requirement under these rules apply to the investor, not the issuer. In case of violation, an investor's voting right may be restricted and the investor may be subject to investigation and corrective order, prevented from trading, fined and faced with criminal charges in certain situations.

EHoo can provide you with detailed advice for investments in stock-listed issuers based on a thorough review of such reporting requirement and handle all of the process of the reporting requirement.
